Trawled the internet for p.c. speakers, eventually choose these bad boys after reading many good reveiws and i,m so glad i did. They have excellent tone and bass and no distortion what so ever when cranked up loud. They are heavy ,feel solid and look like real speakers.Recommended.

I bought these a few months ago and they are not tangle free. It would be brilliant if you could disconnect one speaker from the other when moving around. Could also do with a bit more bass. Overall I think these speakers are brilliant!

These speakers have a remarkable audio quality and stereo image given their low price, however my left speaker, after a few days of use started emitting a high frequency squeal. This noise is being generated by the speaker, as it is present even when not connected to a source. I am unsure as to whether they all exhibit the same problem, but I have seen another review on Amazon expressing the same issue. Everything I have tried to abate the issue has been unsuccessful.

These speakers are brilliant for the price they cost. I needed some new speakers for my laptop and I thought I would just buy some cheap ones and get some expensive, better ones at a later time, but I bought these for £15 and I have never needed to buy anymore. They are really easy to use and they give out awsome sound :) Totally recomend them for basic speakers :D xx

I was looking for an upgrade to my basic speakers that came with my Desktop PC. I run an Internet Marketing Business and I listen to alot of music whilst working, including radio. I saw these speakers on Amazon, with good reviews, and thought, for the price and that I could return them if I didn't like them, I had to give them a go. WELL! I am really impressed. I use a Realtek High Definition Audio Driver rather than Windows Media Player (there is much more control) and, after a few minutes fiddling with different settings, I've got a great sound at a fraction of the price of other manufacturers. They are crisp with a nice mid and bass range. Esthetically pleasing too. All I would say as a negative is the red power light is too bright - I find it distracting. Other than that, you can't beat them.

Let's be clear - since I got the x-540 5.1 surround sound system off Logitech, I've been a big fan.
Unfortunately, they were broken by an unruly flatmate, and I had to find a quick replacement. So, off I went in search of some cheap temporary speakers for my PC. I looked around quite a few retailers and every time I came face to face with cheap, unsturdy and over-priced speakers by other brands... until I came across these.
They seemed a bargain at only £20, and they also felt a lot 'meatier' than all the other rubbish I'd seen. Even when I went to pay, the salesman commented on their weight - and then went to go check the price to make sure their pricing wasn't wrong! Fantastically - it wasn't.
These are a bargain at £20 - and I take my hat off to Logitech for their quality, they're outstanding for the price. A lot of speakers have a soft material over the casing to cover the actual speakers themselves, which is nice if you're not gonna be moving them around much. These have a solid metal casing over them, and as such are really durable. Great for students or people who move houses a lot - you don't have to worry about a stray coat hanger ripping the fabric.
So what about the quality of the sound? After downgrading from the 5.1 system I had previously, it has to be said - these didn't offer any competition whatsoever. But it didn't matter, because these were just simple speakers to stick either side of your monitor, and when I compared them to my friends computer speakers - these were far superior. I regularly crank them up to full blast - and they're pretty loud and it seems to do no damage to them whatsoever. You don't have to worry about them blowing.
Featurewise - I gave them 2 out of 5 stars. This isn't a bad thing. The thing is - they're really simple. You just plug them in and away you go. They have an input jack, a headphone jack, a tone knob and a volume control - and that's it. Nothing too complicated, just nice and simple.
On the other hand, their isn't much bass to them, and I wish there was a little more, even with the tone cranked to full it's only minimum difference.
Overall summary?
A simple, durable, practical pair of speakers carrying the Logitech stamp of quality and all with great value for money. Very happy with them.... I actually love Logitech products so much now that they're taking over my desk!
A great buy.

Bought these speakers the other day as the original ones for the PC were getting past it. What a tremendous purchase. The sound quality is really good and can get back to listening to music properly again whilst using the PC. Would recommend to anyone
