This speaker is so good! good sound, like the bass and the surround sort of feature. it has a good volume limit and is very stylish. Only problem i have is that it switches itself off when its on aux

This product is rubbish. the sound quality is excellent for the minute or so it plays before it switches itself off (a problem known to Logitech for 3 years with no solution offered). I have exchanged the deck once already under warranty, but the second deck is as bad as the first i.e cutting out akll the time. This is in spite of resets, battery or mains supply, volume of MP3 player etc.The added fact that the rechargeable battery is NOT replaceable suggests Logitech's use and put in skip approach to products longevity. I would wholeheartedly NOT recommend this product and would warn others not to buy it.

Bought one for my daughter but within warranty the on off button on the top split.Got a prompt replacement unit but sadly the replacement has now gone the same way. My daughter is petty careful so guess this is a design fault. The other frustration is the auto swich off. I have used the unit to watch a flm on a laptop but had to keep switching it on as it kept switching itself off!!...
Now for the positives, very good sound for the size...nice design..versatile you can input from any ipod or use a 3.5mm input lead from laptop or mp3 ..very portable for trips etc . Would definately recommend this product but sad about the two faults !!!

A great product and sound but with 1 frustrating flaw - the auto save feature which cuts power if no music is playing cuts in when music is low - especially classical. It's a silly problem which ruins the product for an unecessary function.
What;s worse is that the problem has been known about since 2008 and yet you have'nt sorted it!

Bought these ipod speakers 2 years ago, and it still sounds as good as when i bought it. and only paying £50 of amazon they were a bargin, as in other shops they were over £100. also not bothered bout the batt cus i still gt an hour outa it and its plugged in most of the time.defo recomend them! :D

I purchased basically as a charging station but find the sound quality to be superb for the price (£89). Owing to the portability of the unit and the fact there there is an auxiliary input on the rear I also use the dock as a speaker system pluged into my laptop when giving presentations. The sound is sufficient for a reasonably sized room.
I would recommend this product to others. The only downside for me is the fact that the internal battery is not replaceable when it finally expires but after over two years of ownership it is still performing fine.

I've picked my Anywhere 2 up at Richer Sounds for £70 and for that money they're are giving it away. I've only tested itfor 10 minutes out of the box and as I only play WAV files on my iPod ( as I don't do compressed music) but I'm blown away.
I'm an audiophile and still have a separates system with 5' floor standing speakers at home so I'm used to good sound.
This is the best dock I've heard for clarity, whack and punch. I don't care about the battery feature as it will only be used in the garden in the summer and when I'm in hotel rooms.
I've read some bad reports about reliability etc but it comes with a two year warranty so who cares Logitech have always been good with returns.
So thanks Logitech a great product all I've got to do now is sell it to the wife!

It is a very nice device to bring out.
But there's something I don't like.
1. With maximum volume, it only last less than 2 hours.
2. while playing music with strong bass, the battery indicator instantly shows low battery and switched off automatically. (This happens when your battery indicator shows 2 bar while not playing any music.)

got bought these speakers by my girlfriend for christmas 2008 and havent got a bad word to say about them. much louder and much better quality than all my friends more expensive speakers. they are constantly asking to swap. one thing i would say though is if you are looking at getting these speakers i would shop around as mine did not cost 135 over a year ago so im sure you can get hold of them for alot cheaper now. also i lost my remote control for mine and ive just had a look then and its only 5 pound to replace so happy with that.

Great sound, looks good, sleek and chic, fits easily into laptop bag for portability, carry case well designed for all parts. iPhone and iPod fit beautifully. Stereo XL a plus feature useful in a changing environment. Bought for a great price.Highly recommend as a portable device.

No problem selecting this product as it sounded good in store and features suited our needs.
Upon reading the manual we found that the internal battery was non replaceable. This limits the life of the unit to the number of recharges the battery will tolerate.
We also experienced a problem with the UK mains adaptor. The plastic earth pin has sharp square edges which jamb in the mains sockets. Cured myself by filing a radius on the square edges.
