Worst purchase ever
Date:03 January 2013
Only for laptops and even then the cable can be too short. Useless with desktops. Logitech should write that on the box!

NOT FOR DESKTOPS !!! Laptop Only - RUBBISH
Date:20 July 2012
There should be a CLEAR WARNING On the FRONT of the Packaging for this Mouse - It is NOT Suitable (at all) for Desktop Use. The Mouse "Tail" is FAR FAR too short.
Totally Useless for the application I needed it for. And NO warning outside the packaging!

Dodgy scroll wheel
Date:02 April 2012
Very disappointed. I got this as a replacement for a M-UV55a which has been my best mouse ever, but has developed a fault. Size and feel are almost as good, but the scroll wheel only produces an action every other click when going up the page. Faulty device or faulty design? Dunno, but it's going back to Staples tomorrow. I can't afford to have RSI from the stress of it.

M115 Mouse Useless for desktop
Date:25 January 2012
The mouse itself is fine but the shortness of the cable is ridiculous and with a desktop virtually unusable.
The packaging is impossible to get into without destroyng it so the shop wont take it back.
As earlier review point out the same issues it is disappointing that Logitech have not taken steps to address the same.

Looks ok; short cable; works on few surfaces
Date:24 January 2012
I had a similar sized Logitech mouse for years without a problem, so I thought this would be a great replacement.
Plus points: - small - light - portable - no battery
Negative points - Left button squeaks each time I use it even though it's a month old. - It works on very few surfaces, which is not good if you've bought it to work on a laptop and you don't want to carry around a mouse-mat?! - The shiny back surface is easily scratched in a bag and looks awful in a matter of days

for laptop owners
Date:29 August 2011
I recomment M115 to every laptop owners, because it is very comfortable, and the cable lenght is enough, too. Furthermore if u are a gamer, u will be surprised from the performance and the precise that this little mouse can give. From this price it's a best buy.

how I wish.......
Date:22 August 2011
Oh how I wish that I had read the reviews before purchase. The cable length on this mouse is ridiculous. It is so short. I am now lumbered with something I can not use but can not return to Tesco because I have opened it! Please print cable length on the outside of the packaging. Will I buy another Logitech product? Not if I can help it.

great small mouse, but beware cord only 70cm
Date:26 July 2011
Great simple design, very responsive, works on all surfaces I've tried, easy to clean if needed, positive click, scroll wheel easy to use and does not click accidentally, feels good quality.
Only reason not top marks is the cord length (70cm) is not stated on website or packaging. That's good for a laptop, but and it's too short for typical desktop without an extension lead. If this was made clear it would get top marks.
In fact there's hardly any specs on there, I always prefer more details (at least in the English description).
Unfortunately PC World (or any other mainstream high street retailer I checked) did not stock the M90 or M100 for comparison or I'd have got one of those, although the 9.5cm mouse length (compared to 11.5cm for 'standard' basic mouse) does make it more usable in small space on my desk!

Little mouse
Date:29 June 2011
I bought the mice for labtop so the short cable doesn't botther me. But...the mice is too little...and it's not designed for right handers. For it's price (I bought it for 15 euro) it's not what I expected. I would not let a friend of mine buy the same mouse. It's only for web browsing. It's not usable for gaming.

Unusable Mouse!
Date:19 February 2011
A well-functioning, neat, sensitive and competitively-priced little mouse, but unusable on my set-up because of the stupidly short cable. My PC is housed on the bottom level of a fairly standard workstation and the cable doesn't even reach from my PC up onto my desk. I would suggest that it's most suitable for laptops, but the packaging really doesn't make this clear. Regretfully I will have to return it.

Looks nice.....
Date:21 September 2010
....But, why is the cable so small?? I no its a compact mouse but for people who want to use it with a normal desktop the cable is far to short. Going to have to buy and extension now and this was not listed in any of the discriptions.
