The Flight System G940, is exalent, I use if for gliding, and it's as close as can be to actualy flying the glider.
However I was going to buy it from the Logitec site but after much digging aroung the site, the delivary time was quoted as 30 days, so I went to play, and got it the next day.

i bought the g940 kit in august and i do have to say my frist impressions were a bit disappointing. it was hard to set up though. it took me hours of searching the internet to find out how to set it up properly. i did suffer from the thrrottle problem but once i sorted it out. it worked fine. the force-feedback was great, even better than the GT Driving Force Pro feedback. the trim dials are a very good feature. the split throttle are great. but mnmy only problem is the 8 colour keys. they just stay green! not what they are suppose to do. but i'll look it up and try to fix it.
to sum up:
glad i bourght it , but logitech need to sort out their user guids and installment proceces. but other wise a great product. Just expencive

To all of the people who are looking to buy this product.
Well first of all I must say, it's a very good piece of kit for Flight Simulator X/2004. It might need a bit of time when setting up when you first get it but from then on it's amazing. The lights on the throttle are awesome and they did a good job with them. The force Feedback is again AWESOME even better with the movement of the joystick when theres wind shear, turbulance, wind, and a few more! Overall I rate the prodcu 9 out of ten!

i enjoy it every momonet i play with it. Logitech did a great job with this flight controler. force feedback feature with trim option gives a real feeling of flying a plane.
