- clear sharp picture, autofocus really works
- works well in poor light conditions where most webcams won't

- the only thing that I find a bit annoying is the software that continuously wants something from me: register upgrade or whatever, I don't want this, I want the software to install and then upgrade automatically and not to require me to register somewhere and type my email.

Using the advertising blurb on Logitech site, I opted for this cam. bad mistake. Only seems to work in high density ares. I.E. London, Birmingham, etc. Everywhere else I try to use it, the visuals are almost 3 seconds behind real time.Regular freezing of picture also occurs. Audio seems to continually advise of quality drops, and puts the blame on internet connection. (usually above 1GB, so no speed problem with internet),Visual breaks up constantly. I have gone back to my original little cam(still logitech), but only cost 50% of the cost of this one.
