Very Poor Construction

I purchased this headset a few months ago, and for the most part it was very good, however the plastic frame did hurt my ears a lot after extended use. The microphone was reasonably clear, and the audio good for the price. Having said that, the construction of the headset is very poor, evident in my case, as the USB connector has completely detached from the rest of the product, this following an earlier problem that the metal casing of said connector had come loose, and often stayed in the USB port when the headset was removed. It is now completely useless and frankly, unless I can get a replacement through warranty, a complete waste of £35 for a few months of headset.
